We are now accepting online payments by credit card! To pay your dues by credit card, go to your community page and select "pay your Association Fees online" on the right side of the page.

Architectural Approval Form is available online! Click on Association Forms to find the one you need! For deed restrictions please select your community under “communities we manage”.

REMEMBER YOU CAN RECEIVE $300 FOR YOU AND YOUR COMMUNITY!!!

Notice Regarding Light Inspections:
Your association has requested that Peak Property Management complete a community light inspection at the Village at Albany Crossing, Village at Haydens Crossing, the Village at Galloway Run, the Village at Hilliard Run, the Village at Olentangy Meadows, the Village at Polaris Green and the Village at Stone Cliff.

You will be charged $10.00 for each light bulb that requires replacement. If you would like to avoid this charge, we urge you to change out any bulbs in need of replacement prior to the inspections. If there is a concern with the light fixture you will be notified by Peak Property Management.

Just a few reminders to keep your community running at its Peak:

If you live in a community that is mowed by your landscape contractor, please make sure to remove any obstacles from your lawn so that everyone can enjoy the outdoors.
Please take extra precautions this time of year as coyotes have been spotted in the Galloway area.
Keep grills and barbeques a safe distance from you home.

If you are renting your home, remember to send Peak Property Management a copy of the lease.

Please be sure to retrieve your newspapers and ads daily to prevent theft within the community, as this may be indicate that the home is vacant.
